Simple triptych with three rectangular panels, the center one being taller and wider than the others. On the left panel is an old man kneeling against a rock and resting his hand on a skull while gazing at a crucifix. The center panel shows Joseph, Mary and three cherubs holding their palms together in a prayer posture while gazing down at the baby Jesus. On the right is an angel directing a kneeling boy, who is holding a fish on a line, to adore the child. A small dog is just below the boy's knee.
