Explanation: General Patton, a famously impulsive and obnoxious American general during WW2, was involved in two seperate incidents where he slapped men who were suffering from PTSD, because he thought they were ‘cowards’.
Even by the low mental health standards of WW2, this was beyond the pale, and there was an uproar when news of it got out.
