I mean this is m/Obviously, so you shouldn’t be surprised. Also hasn’t this been going on for a long time, and largely the reason why so many people are leaving Xtwitter?

Yep it’s always been a bit of a shithole but it really turned after Elon started unbanning people; the number of bots had always been a problem but really blew up after that too. Full Nazi bar now.

So, I’d carelessly logged in to x with a Google account a few months ago. Today I closed that account, having used it maybe once and never posted.

The first post was an antisemitic conspiracy theory.

I don’t have words.
